Tom clancy call to treason epub to mobi. If so then it means that it has wound around the drum and you will need to retrieve the tape to allow the eject mechanism to work.

Do not touch the shiny polished part of the drum. To get the tape in usually means that you have to locate a plastic or metal cog wheel, usually on the right side of the VCR that you can turn with your finger. This makes the VCR motor move. Also there is one that works the tape eject mechanism. If you can find the one to wind in the tape before working on the one for the tape eject than you stand a chance of rescuing the tape, if not then it will get some damage. Don’t worry about turning the cog wheels with your finger as you can do very little harm to the VCR with no tools involved and no power on. Moving the cogs this way will only cause very small movements with the tape motor and eject so you will need to be a little patient and you will soon see what is happening.
Once remove run a cleaning tape through the VCR before you use it again. With the limited space available her it is difficult to give you much more info. Posted on Sep 11, 2009.

Try setting the clock on the remote press FUNCTIONS go to SETUP menu - locate the CLOCK option (it should be under 'OTHERS' in the setup) and set the current time, press ENTER/OK to store if necessary, then press RETURN to exit the setup. Once clock is set correctly, future DVD thumbnails will show the actual date/time of recording in this (and similar) model combo units. If auto clock setting is not possible, set it manually as above. I assume in spite of the wrong date/time, your DVD recordings have been successful. Incorrect clock and date setting usually only affects timer recording for VHS.
If you have lost or misplaced your original owner's manual, you can download a free pdf version (for Region 1 model) from: or, if you live outside USA, download the 'Australia/NZ' pdf version of the manual (for Region 4 model) from: either one of these will provide you a full copy of the original user guide/setup including clock. Hope these suggestions help. May 02, 2011.
Get a 2 A/V cords (yellow, white, and red plugs). Plug between the Satellites 'video out' jacks and the VCR's 'input' jacks. Connect the second cords between the VCR's 'video out' jacks and the TV's 'video in' jacks. Make sure the VCR is set to the input that you plugged the satellite cords into and make sure the TV is set to the input that you plugged the VCR's cords into.
And then you're done. To record, set satellite to channel desired, set VCR to record on the video input (instead of a channel number) and you're good to go.
Sep 08, 2008. You should set the VCR to the channel which you want to record. It doesn't matter what channel the TV is on.

In your case, just turn off the TV. I making assumptions about your setup. If you can turn on your VCR and TV and watch the channel that you will be recording, then just turn your TV off, and you should be good.

Only caveat, some VCRs must be turned off while waiting for the recording timer to activate (presumably, so as not to interfere with someone actively watching a program). May 19, 2008.
